"You may tell a tale that takes up residence in someone's soul, becomes their blood and self and purpose." Erin Morgenstern
There are no photographs of my childhood until I was in kindergarten. When I was a young woman, my grandmother handed me an album. It contained a visual history of my entire family from long before I was adopted at age 6. Wedding images, vacation images, family reunions, lazy summer days, and everything in between. Written in every photograph were memories of love, joy, sadness, and hope. These images were the beginning of who I would become as a photographer.
